Dispatch and Shipping

Dispatch Times

Our current dispatch times are 2 - 3 workings, please get in touch should you need your order for a certain date.

Shipping Times (please note these will increase over the festive period - we recommend 1st class or Special Delivery)

2nd Class: approximately 3-5 working days (please allow longer during festive period)

1st Class: approximately 1 working day (please allow longer during festive period)

Special Delivery: next working day after dispatch

Delayed Packages

If you are waiting on an order, please wait 10 working days prior to emailing us - this is the current timescale given by the Royal Mail due to strike action.

Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged in transit, please email us with photo's of the items as we are required to provide proof to Royal Mail.  We may ask you to return the package to us (at our expense) in order to process a refund.

Lost Packages

If your package is deemed lost by the Royal Mail (this is only if the package has still not arrived TEN WORKING DAYS after expected delivery), then we will refund your order.
